Uncharted 4 Multiplayer: Classic Mode Returns, Relic Bonus Weekend, and Free Hat Giveaway

This weekend, we’re gearing up for another in-game event for Uncharted 4 Multiplayer. Starting this Friday, May 5, Classic Mode comes back to the Beta Test Playlist, offering a new take on our back-to-basics gametype for you to try out and share your feedback on. In celebration of Classic Mode’s return and the Cinco De Mayo holiday, we’re activating a 50% Relic bonus for all Challenges and giving away the Mexico Cap vanity item.

For our latest Classic Mode test, we’re introducing some new gameplay changes. In addition to no down state or Mysticals, we’re also implementing instant respawns and restricting use of Hero Weapons and the Marking and Combat Marking Boosters. We’re also eliminating all deployable Gear, save for Grenades.

Whether you’re playing Classic Mode, another Multiplayer mode, or playing Survival, you’ll also be able to earn a 50% bonus on all Relic Challenges this weekend. Ahead of Friday, make sure you’ve got a fresh set of Challenges so you can rack up those Relics.

Lastly, in honor of Cinco de Mayo, we’re giving away the Mexico Cap character customization item to anyone who plays Uncharted 4 Multiplayer or Survival from the launch of our live update on Friday, May 5 through the end of the promotion on Monday, May 8.
